As you may be aware, dengue infection rate is on the rise with more than 10,000 cases reported this year, which is the highest for the same period of the year since 2013.
Do follow the attached ‘Check and Protect’ poster to carry out self-check at home to remove potential mosquito breeding habits. In addition, your child/ward may wish to apply mosquito repellent before coming to school. At the school’s end, we will intensify our mosquito surveillance and control measures.

Dear Parents/Guardians of our P6 boys,
Anglo-Chinese School (Independent) [ACS(I)] will be holding an e-Open House on 4 July (Saturday), from 9 am to 11 am. The event comprises talks on ACS(I)’s programmes as well as “live” sessions where you can interact with the school’s students and teachers.
ACS(I) students have also created an ACS(I) virtual campus on Minecraft so that you, and/or your child, can explore the campus from the comfort of your home. The school will also share videos that showcase student life and programmes that are distinctive to the ACS(I) educational experience.

With all levels of pupils returning to school on 29 June 2020, the school will continue to put in place measures to ensure a safe learning environment for our pupils. Please refer to the attached notification for our safe management measures from 29 June 2020 onwards. Thank you.
With the end of the Circuit Breaker period on 1 June 2020, we will progressively bring students back to school from 2 June 2020, in a careful and safe manner.
From 2 June 2020, our graduating students and students who need additional support will return to school daily. The other levels will rotate weekly between Home-Based Learning (HBL) and returning to school for lessons. The school will ensure that safe management measures are in place to keep our students safe. Please view our school notification for more details on the measures and arrangements.
Our teachers will continue to monitor the progress of your child and be in regular contact with you and your child to provide support during this transition.
